Evo2 all-in-one
An all-in-one plate processing unit featuring a dedicated pre-wash for digital plates. This single-pass inline processor offers high-power UVA main exposure, light integrator, a controlled lamp cooling system and technology for constant washout results and precise polymer solid content control. Four dryer drawers prevent air leakage for accurate drying temperatures and the UVA-UVC light finisher utilizes optical fiber lamp detection.

Evo4 Line
The EVO 4 IP system can be used as stand-alone unit or as core module of an Easy to Plate™ system EVO 4 IPD or EVO 4 IPI. It features an incremental washout unit (Plate Processor) and internal integrated punch. It is designed to process solvent-washable, polyester-backed, analogue and digital plates up to a size of 120 x 160 cm (47×63 inch) and thickness up to 7 mm (0.276 inches). The standard version is equipped with a stress-accumulation early-warning-system and may be equipped with optional tools to enable remote-monitoring and remote-diagnostics.

Evo5 Line
The Evo5 processor is an incremental processing unit with a pre wash section for digital plates and a separate tank. During the wash-out, the plate moves at a constant speed. An integrated punch system, a storage of up to 8 pin bars and a plate holder to prevent plates dropping to the floor are standard features of the system. The Evo5 Processor is also available as a faster batch processor (BP).
